At Sexybooster, we work hard to provide high-quality swimwear products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite the right fit or style you wanted. That’s why we offer a hassle-free refund policy to all our valued customers.

Time Period for Returns You may return new, unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to the original form of payment. Clearance items and any merchandise marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please take the following steps:

  1. Log into your Sexybooster account at sexybooster.com/returns and click “Start a Return.”
  2. Select the order number and items you wish to return.
  3. Choose a reason for the return from the provided options.
  4. Print the prepaid return shipping label provided on the return form.
  5. Repackage the items securely in the original packaging or a well-padded box/envelope.
  6. Clearly affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
  7. Drop the package off at any USPS, FedEx or UPS shipping location.

You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back any merchandise. This RMA will be provided through the online return system in Step 2 above.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the shipping date for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

Refund Amounts Refunds are issued to the original form of payment for the purchase price of the returned item(s), minus any original shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective merchandise or incorrect shipments by Sexybooster.

Please note that for any order originally paid via PayPal, refunds must be issued back to the PayPal account used for checkout. We are unable to refund PayPal orders to a credit/debit card or other payment method.

For U.S. orders paid via credit/debit card, refunds will appear as credits on your next statement from the issuing bank. For orders from outside the U.S., refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear due to currency conversion processes.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene and health regulations:

  • Swimsuits, bikinis or any other intimate apparel that appears to have been worn or does not have the original sanitary lining intact
  • Hair accessories
  • Any merchandise that has been washed, worn, or shows obvious signs of use or wear

Damaged or Defective Items For any merchandise that arrives in damaged, defective or visibly flawed condition due to our error, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at help@sexybooster.com. We will make prompt arrangements for a replacement, repair or refund upon verification of the issue.

When returning damaged items, please keep all original packaging and include a detailed description of the defect with photos, if possible. This helps expedite processing and resolution.

International Returns For customers residing outside of the United States, international shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer. However, Sexybooster will pay any reshipping costs for exchanges or replacement orders due to damaged, defective or incorrect items shipped by our error.

Tracking information is highly recommended for any international returns, as Sexybooster cannot issue refunds for packages lost in transit without proof of shipping and delivery to our returns facility.

Exchanges We are pleased to offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return initiation instructions above. Once your return has been received and processed, you will be given the option to select a new item for exchange via a return credit.
